First you have to open Photoshop.

A popup window will open in front of you. At the bottom you will find the option to preferences. Click on it.
Then another popup window will open. Here you will find the typing option. Click on it.
Here you have to click on Middle Eastern and click OK.
Then you have to go back to the Photoshop menu and click on the Type option.
This will give you a language option. If you hover the mouse over it, another window will appear in front of you. Now you have to select the East Asian feature.
After doing all these settings you have to close and re-open your Photoshop then you will start writing Urdu.
